 Subject: HELP! PCM RESET?

I just unplugged my negative battery cable, held the key in the start postition for 10-20 seconds, reconnected the negative battery cable.
And now nothing works!
After re-connecting the battery cable I put my key in, turned to the on position, the lights in the cab flickered a couple of times, then they got dim, then they went out.
I took my key out, waited for about a minute, put the key in moved it to the on position, the security light came on and my AWD - 4HI - 4Lo lights flashed a few times and then everything whent out.
What happened?

Ok, maybe it was just bad timing, but the battery I guess shorted out or somthing, it shows a full charger.
So I put in a new battery an wala! starts right up. I think my warranty should cover scaring the sh!it out of me.
