Subject: Fuel pump/filter IP: Logged
Message: I know that the Gen III has the in tank filter/pump. Who has replaced them with after market parts and what is your setup?
I'm looking at doing a good bit of work in the future, so if I can do the fuel system now, it'll save me pains later if the engine is starved for fuel.

Message: Fuel pump, filter, and regulator are in the tank. Run a little over $225 for the assembly. Have you done a pressure check at the fuel rail, to save yourself the time and money, the fuse and relay?
If it ain't broke, fix it til it is.
