Here is what I did on my 93, it should work on the 00 also.

First use the belt to keep the pulley from slipping. Then remove one of the pulley bolts. Use and adjustable wrench to loosen the fan clutch holding tight pressure against the belt.

You can also go and buy a special wrench set that will hold the pulley in place by the 4 bolts and a thin wrench that fits the clutch nut withoug removing a bolt.

there doesn't seem to be any bolts holding the pulley onto the waterpump, just one main bolt from the clutch itself...it looks like if you loosen the clutch assembly the whole thing should come off the pulley including the pulley itself..the trick is to hold the pulley while turning the clutch assembly...there must be a easy way of doing this...
thanks for your input.

If it had the 4 bolts it would be easy, you just wedge a screwdriver in there. With the one main bolt the easiest way i know of would be to zap it with a 1/2" impact gun. If you call your friendly Dodge dealer and ask to speak to one of the techs the might give you some tips. They probably take them off all the time.
