 Subject: A Short Throw Shifter for 2001 NV3500HD?

Guys does anyone make a short throw shifter for the 2001 4.7L with the NV3500HD tranny? Has anyone here installed it(pics)? I need one bad I have about a 1/4 inch of slop in my shifter now from banging the gears to hard and need something with a safety ring and stops so I dont break the tranny thank you!

A quick search of the internet came back with these 2 hits. One is right here on dodgedakotas.com group buy. There was an online step-by-step install of one of these at one time but I did not search very hard for it just now.
