Message: Just want to clear up something... when you pull the cable outward (towards the front of the truck), it makes it shift later/firmer right? And when you push it in towards the truck, it's for softer/earlier shifts?
The thing is damn sensitive! Don't have to move it much to make a diff.

Message: Ok I will play with it a bit more... any idea on where the stock location is??
Also, would adjusting this fix my problem of when I floor the truck, it not making shifts unless I let off the gas a little? What happens is at WOT, it just bounces off the rev-limiter and won't shift. I noticed this last time at the track and after I put Mopar headers on.
Thanks!

Message: Sounds like you have it adjusted to tight.
With no slack it will hold the shift just as you describe. It's so easy to "play" with you'll be able to find what suits you best.

Message: So I should try moving it say, 1mm out at a time?
Anyone know the factory location on where this thing is set to?
Right now it's lined up at the end of the pointy part (picture a bullet) - the end of the tip where it is straight - right at the end of the tip is where it is lined up against the stationary part. Hard to explain!!
