(1) You pour 2 gallons of ATF into the transmission and you forgot to reconnect the driveshaft
(2) You prime the engine and forgot to install the oil filter (left the factory plug on there)
(3) You forget to disconnect the fuse for the Paxton Supercharger Oil Pump
Ok...So I had a REALLY long day...and was REALLY tired. (And you think this stuff just happens to you...) ;)

Hey Bernd,, Quick question for ya,
This is Andy,,,you dropped my truck last week 2/2 (01 4.7 Graphite CC). Nothing wrong with it,,,freak'n love it. But I've noticed a 'pop' sound coming from the back. I believe it to be the bed is loose at a corner....? Is this common? It's only when I hit bumps,,and I'm pretty sure it's the bed.
Any Ideas?

well bernd if you and tom would put the cr away;-)
...and do i need to come back down there? i havent done anything that funny but here is the list that my brother has done on his 79 Z28
1) pour 5 qaurts of oil in engine and started it ...forgot oil filter!
2) test drove car without tightening lugnuts on front right corner....wheel fell off and had to get a new fender
3) got new fender on and test drove and still didnt tighten lugnuts.....wheel feel off again and tore up new $275 fender!
4) drove down the street while forgetting to put in hood pins (fiberglass cowl hood)... punched it and watched hood fly like a plane!
hehehe.... i swear i am not related to him!

I know someone who, back in the CB craze of the 70's, installed one in his truck between the seats, and yes, drilled four mounting screws right into the tranny!!

I helped my friend change his oil in his old Camaro a long time ago. We drained the tranny fluid by mistake and added 5 more quarts of oil. Holy smoke screen , Batman !!! And he put it in drive and it didnt move. LOL
