Think it will bolt into a 99 R/T CC?? Just spent $10,000 on parts and labor in my Dak and will be lucky to get 320 at rear wheels. This HEMI has approx 290 at Rear Wheels stock!

320 rear wheel is a lot of power....I dont think
you have any room to complain, plus there
arent any parts available for it yet. Your gonna
have to wait at least a year until s-chargers,
etc are available.

The new hemi has the same bolt pattern as the current 4.7, it will not bolt up to the tranny that's in the R/T.

Did you see the rwhp on an 03' ram dyno?... That's the only way you could run the engine on the dyno and come up with rwhp... And from what I know the 03' Dodge rams arent out quite yet.
You have to remember too... Its not the 5.9's fault that its only pulling around 200 horse at the rear wheels stock, the problem is in the drive train. I'd love to have a hemi too but were going to have to look farther than any engine to get some power going.

I posted it before but mopar action ( I believe) magazine did like a 10 page article on the whole 5.7 hemi the article covered everything from top to bottom, the mag is still available in the stores so if you want to read about the full details check it out.
