Subject: hesitation right off idle IP: Logged
Message: Why does my R/T "chug" a bit right off idle when I stab the gas ? Damn , I hate that. Is that TPS voltage trick what I need to do to cure the problem ?
Any input welcome.
Thanks

Message: Due to the "Torque Step" in the factory throttle bodies. The TPS trick helps but ultimately you should consider a 50mm modified TB. (Plus, they're good for about 10-12HP.)

Message: Thanks , Bernd . I have a Quick D TB. I think its 51.75 or 52 mm. Also have headers , hi -flow cat , gibson 3" , mopar pcm , 180 stat ,brass cap -n- rotor , 3923s and Mopar cold air intake with heat shield. All that stuff and it still bogs. hmmmmm what do you think ?
