 Subject: Fuel Injectors for '01?

What size injectors are in a 2001 4.7 Dak? I have a set of 19# injectors out of my 1992 Mustang that I swapped for 24# injectors. If the 5.0 19# work in the Dak and the Dak currently has a smaller set, maybe I should make the switch. Will this work and if so, does the PCM have to be flashed afterward?

I just read Bernd's response to a similar question on the V8 board. I'll need the Design -III injectors.
