I put a h-brew intake setup (pvc/toilet flange / ford cone style K&N filter) I also put an exhaust on it, eliminated the 3rd cat, replaced the oe muffler with a flowmaster, 2 chamber 40 series single in dual out, to (obviously) duals out the rear.

My power band has definitely moved up into the higher R's. I had it in 1st (auto) and shifted out at 5500 rpms, man that thing wanted more. Is there anything to bump up the shift points on these things?

Custom Flashed PCM or maybe a shift kit. But the rev limiter comes on at 5700 so you don't have far to go, unless you get the flash.
