Hey all, I have my nitrous kit from my 2.5L for sale. It is the NX Nitrous Express Dodge EFI kit that works with all Dakotas. I bought it to make my 2.5L faster and it did. But I traded her in(Most of you know the story). I only used 2 bottles worth of nitrous before jerking it out and trading it in. I don't plan on using it with this truck cause I am about to put a blower on it. The kit comes complete with instructions (used), a purge kit (used), and an automatic bottle heater (never used). The kit cost me $550, the purge was $85, and the bottle heater was $185. I am willing to let the whole sha-bang go for $600 shipped.
First one with the cash gets it...

The install was not hard at all, just a little time consuming. I took out the center console and mounted it there. Then I took off the shifter consol (I had a 5-Speed) and drilled a hole for the Nitrous lines. Then I mounted the Wide Open Throttle switch next to the gas pedal. All in all the kit itself took about 4-5 hours. The purge kit took another 1 hour.
The gains were really awesome for the 4-banger. I used the 35 HP jets and it took off really well. I have been told that it should take a 50hp shot with no problems.

Oh yeah, I drilled a hole in the shifter console too and routed the line through the shifter console, then I sealed the hole with silicone and reattached the shifter console.

Nick- it will work on your truck. It is the same kit that IntenseDak39 has in his truck, just a little newer...hehe. I am selling the kit, purge kit and automatic bottle heater for $600 shipped. But since you live only a few miles from me, we can haggle a bit.

Why you sellin the nitrous just cuz your gettin a blower? Just cuz you have a blower don't mean U cant' run nitrous. Bernd is runnin his truck w/ a blower and nitrous in his 6 cylinder. Can U imagine how many people U could kill if U had a blown R/T runnin nitrous.
