Message: I just read your Powertrax post on the group buy board. I thought someone posted that Powertrax has no application for the 9.25 axle. Don't the R/T's have 9.25 axles? Don't you have an R/T? Where'd you get it and how much?
Is it hard pulling out all the posi guts? Clutches, etc? Does it just come out as a unit?

Message: Duh. Just found it on the Powertrax website under the Durango part number for the Trac Loc 9.25......
I'm still curious about where you got it & what you paid. I've seen a wide range of prices but most seem to be around $400-$450.

Message: Not sure of the total price fo it. Ordered it from www.southeastrt.com along with a BUNCH of other parts. Just sent him a list of what I wanted, and he sent me the total price. I think it was right around $400 though. I really like it. The install(once I got correct application) was easy and straight forward. Removal of stock guts was real easy, and install of new unit was extremely easy. Woudl have only taken about 2 hours total time being careful to read all steps.

Message: Pree-shate it. I'm still trying to decide since I have the 5-spd and I hear that's a hard-core combo when it comes to daily driving.
Like your other post said, I think my posi is not working.... it may just be worn clutches, but on dry pavement a hard right turn will cause the inside tire to spin freeeeeely, which is bad for preformance but it's even worse for whatever posi I have left in there. Ack!
