It seems when my blower heats up after plently of driving, I start losing lots of power. does the boost bypass valve get rid of that heat? I need to know cause my r/t starts losing power when it gets hot.(the blower) Its a powerdyne by the way.

drtswinger are you still running the 6# pulley? The quick answer is yes, With the bypass you don't build up boost that will try to go back through the blower.

Yea I'm still running the six pounder. Thats what I was thinking... it releases the hot air out. As far as an intercooler is involved, anybody done it with the powerdyne? I wouldnt mind tackling something like that. I could get an intercooler from a turbocharged previa minivan from my work.... anyways, you guys think I'm ready for the nine # pulley, I have it sittin in my cup holder, but have been cautious since I have already done 2 sets of head gaskets.(this was from pinging which th btm took care of.) My current mods are msd btm, 24# injectors, coil, high flow cat, flowmaster, ... and fel-pro gaskets, along with arp head bolts. Im thinkin I'm ready, but want to be sure.
