i want to unbolt the factory cat back on my 2002 cc 4.7 auto and bolt up a 40 series flow with a turn down. will this be obnoxiouslly loud or will it sound good?

Having turndowns compared to having them exit the rear of the truck will increase you cab noise by at least 50%. I have flomaster 50 series and cut off the tailpipes and have turn downs. It is almost to loud and will be going back to tailpipes or getting a different muffler.
If you like it loud then get turndowns.
