Dont believe any of this, its a total scam!

The Golka brothers are the owners, and they were sued and banned from advertising the PVI. Thats why he's posting on forums like this. These guys should be shot.

On May 31, 2002, the Competition Tribunal ruled that PVI International and its two principal owners, Michael and Darren Golka, misled consumers in their claims about how the Platinum Vapour Injector performed.

The Golkas were fined $25,000 each. In addition, their company was ordered to pay a penalty of $75,000.

The Golkas have been ordered not to make false claims about the device for the 10 years following the Competition Tribunal ruling

I operate a consulting company called Tune Bethune Automotive Consulting. I have been in the automotive business 45+ years.Taught Auto Technology 30 years . I have used the PVI system for about 7 years now. I bought the PVI system with great skepticism thinking it was just another " Snake Oil"... Well, with over 6 years of checking mileage and reading serial data on my vehicle as well as many others with the unit installed on it, I can tell you this_ IT WORKS! The Tribunal's testing of this unit was flawed and I made that clear to them at the time. They did not want to hear it. Can you imagine the cost to oil companies and loss of government tax on fuel if thing reduced consumption??? Think of this my friends,... with all the devices advertised on the market and making fuel saving claims, why have they targeted PVI??? Because it really works that's why. Good Lord we can't have anyone interfering with the generation of income of Oil Companies,... and even more serious... GOVERNMENT FUEL TAX REVENUES. By the way, the PVI unit also reduces exhaust emissions.

I have used this product for 10 years now. I put it on a 1995 Cavalier first and my mileage increased 25%. I now have it on a 2005 Mazda 3 and I got almost the same result with a 22% increase. My parents got a 18% increase on a Toyota Avalon and a 25% increase on a Suburban. My sister and brother in law have it on all of their vehicles now too. A Diesel truck and a suburban and they wont be without it. I read all the negative press as well and when you think about it, it's the Gov't that is doing these tests and saying all the negative results about the product. OF COURSE. DO you think they want this thing around. If each car saved even 10% the oil revenue generated would put us in a deeper recession and the oil companies would not be too happy. PLUS the tribunal that heard the case,is a Gov't board. CBC marketplace who did there tests is a Gov't funded program!!!!!!! Doug Bethune who commented before is on CBC radio and is a professor in auto mechanics and he tested it. How come his own company, CBC, didnt interview him for his take? Cos he would have said it works. GUys, for a company that gives a 100% money back guarantee and with less than a 3% return rate, what do you have to lose?? The product has been around for 25 years. Can be around that long and survive. PLUS if you do more research, the US courts ruled at least a 5% increase in the tests they did. IT WORKS!!!!!! They still sell it you can call them toll free 1-877-537-7427

So here we go for the first time on a blog. I taught Auto Technology for 30 years. have been a liscensed Canadian Inter-Provincial Auto Tech for over 44 years. Presently own and operate an Auto Forensic Investigation Company. When I first saw the adds for PVI ,I purchased one to "Try It And Trash It". Most of this stuff is Snake Oil. But wait a minute. Three weeks after I installed the PVI device my Check-engine light came on. I hooked my truck up to the Scanner and got a Lean Exhaust Code. Ok I cleared the code and read the serial data through many driving modes. Pulse width was down. Idle quality was better and the truck just had more power. Can't be I said. Started checking fuel consumption religiously which I had always done prior to the installation. Got from Z-71 extended cab truck over 20 mpg ( Imperial Gallon) on the highway. Previous to that the best I could do was 16 or 17. No Problem . I disconnected it. Guess what I lost the increase in gas mileage and idle quality was not as good. Oh yes I keep my vehicle tuned up to the nines all the time, use new platinum plugs every year and use all synthetic lubricants.

That wsa 6 years ago people and I would not have a vehicle now without a PVI unit installed on it. Oh yes, did you ever wonder why the Golkas were charged and why the law went after them with a vengence when there are at least 100 of gas saving gimmiks on the market? Because theirs works, that's why! Reducing fuel consumption by only 2% is the same as taking one million cars off of the road. Do you think that would upset the oil companies and the tax man?
By the way the study market Place did on these PVI units was bad science. their study was flawed because they tried the units on a vehicle placed on a dynometer. This loads the engine constantly which is never the case in real life.

For those who do not believe --- It's Ok. Honest

For those who want to try one of these PVI units Risk Free: Phone 1-877-537-7427

I remember seeing ads in the paper for the PVi in the Toronto Sun. I was driving an 1985 Cobra Mustang and I had to bring my car in for our Drive Clean emissions testing. My car failed, I got it tuned up and brought it in again only to fail again. If my car didnt pass the third time, I wouldnt be able to drive it. SO I called the guys at PVI and they said that can't guarantee that it would for sure work but hopefully it would help. They said if you don't pass to send it back for a refund. The guys also said that I should drive my vehicle with it on for about 2000-3000 km before I go in for another test to get the catalyst in the engine. So I did. Brought my car back in and it passed with flying colors. The tech doing the test couldnt believe how low the readings were. He brought in other tech's to see and they were all astonished. They aksed what I did to my car and I told them all I did was install the PVI. I also saw a 13-14% increase in my mileage Thanks to the PVI I didnt have to take the bus to work!

I am glad I found this site because I have been trying to get a
hold of the company that sells the PVI. Listen guys, I was
skeptical too till i heard this fellow on the radio here in Nova
Scotia. he is VERY well known and respected as an automotive
expert. I called in and asked him about it and he said that it
worked for his truck, so I decided to try it as well. I bought two
cos they had a deal on if I did. I put one on a 97 Caravan and a
95 Ford truck. The truck responded right away, noticed a lot
more power, and better mileage. They gave me a mileage
calculator so I could track my mileage before and after. The
Caravan didnt work, well at first. i called them and they gave me
a few helpful hints on what might be wrong to try and get it
working. Turned out I had it on the wrong vacuum line, my
mistake. Once I put it on the correct line, took about 1000 km
before I noticed a difference. A friend of mine tried it as well,
didnt work for him and they gave him a refund like they said
they would.

People shouldn't have to resort to devious tractics to push a product that works; like a snake oil salesman. When you do that, like you did here (many new posts to an old thread, common theme from Canada, supposedly from different names) you put yourself in the same class as a snake oil huckster. We can see right through this...

Garrick Doherity,
it is indeed amazing how a carpenter knows soooo much about Automotive Technology that they actually attempt to counter and discredit Liscensed Certified Auto Technicians and Mechanical Engineers. Your comments about PVI are personal opions and not based on any science or fact. I am telling you as well as many others this device works.Anyone not willing to try it is the looser. But I don't care Really ,I don't care if you use it or not, but don't trash it because you really don't understand it ,or the technology behind it. Keep driving those nails carpenter!

PVI CAN BE PURHASED BY CALLING 1-877-537-7427

And No, I am not in any way connected to PVI. Being how you, ( quote) "can see right through this" It must be great to have such knowledge and have X-Ray vision as well. You are so lucky.

If the product truly works, then those who have been posting under multiple names have been doing it's reputation some harm. With the way trolls have been posting on this site for years, it doesn't take x-ray vision or an engineering degree to see what is going on here...

Hey everyone. Been getting a few phone calls from this. Just to let you know, I dont have any salesman working for the company. It's me and my brother in law who comes in to ship the product out for me. The Gov't did what they wanted to do and discredited the product and my name. We still sell the product to many customers who have tried it for themselves and are happy with the results for whatver reason they purchased it. We still by law can't make any claims but we do guarantee your satisfaction or your money back. If you don't want to try it, that is fine. We have many others that do and continue to use it. I again have never re-purchased something that I wasn't satisfied with.
