Message: Same Here. 2000 with only 25k. Front rotors have chunks that have fallen off the surface. Unbelievably bad quality.

Message: I replaced the rotors on my 99 kota and rechecked everything again a couple of days ago and found nothing apparently wrong. However when I make sharp left turns in parking lots, etc, I hear what sort of sounds like a rubbing of the treads against something. Examining the tire doesn't reveal any rubs, etc. The pads were fine so I didn't replace anything but the rotors. I snugged the allen bolts down, but again can see nothing wrong.
Any ideas or suggestions?

Message: You should have changed the pads along with the rotors. Old pads conform to the irregular surface of the old rotors and the pads are probably glazed. If the old rotors are dished then the pads are crowned and not making complete contact with the new rotors. Rubbing sound, I don't know. Have you had your ball joints replaced or checked?
