Hey I am goin out to Alamo Dragway later, any tips or tricks that you guys know of?? I know about keeping it in the strongest gear(1st) what about launch and pre-launch??

From what I have heard low 17s are in order but I have never owned a V-6. Couple of tips that I know of. Just do a quick dry hop with the tires intead of useing the bleach box. You don't want the water getting into the treads mnaking you spin off the line. Don't go in way heavy get rid of all unnessesary wieght, as in going with only a 1/4 tank of fuel. Thats all I can think of off hand.

Ported 68mm throttle body, IAT adjuster, 3" flowmaster cat back, TPS @ .76V, 4" cold air, Roadmaster active suspention, Removed Third cat. Electric fan Convertion, HO cams installed.
Working on adjustable fuel pressure with return.

hehe.. if I went with a 1/4 tank of gas, I'd be out of gas by the 3rd pass... lol

Remove jack etc.
Remove engine, wait?
