I was looking at some other headers and saw another couple options for my price range. First, hedman street headers part# 79510. Next, hooker super cometiton emmisions legal headers, part#5008. If anyone as any experience with these, please let me know, thanks.

Also, Gibson headers are a shorty desing, and not as good as long tube or the Mopar tri-y design. For the price of the Gibson or JBA shorties and new y-pipe you can get a set of Mopar tri-y headers which work much better.
If you get the shorties and stll use stock y-pipe, you are still restricted.

OK, SO YOU SAY FLOWTECKS ARE JUNK. WHY? I HAVE THEM ON MY 92 SBRCS.I THINK I ACTUALLY LOST MPH& ET AT THE TRACK.I ALSO HAVE TRUE DUELS,DYNAMAK SUPER TURBOS& MINE ARE CERAMINIC COATED.DO THE FACT. MANIFOLDS ON THE 92 5.2S ACTUALLY FLOW BETTER?

I have given up on headers since everyone tells me the stock manifolds on my 93' 5.2 flow as good as many headers. Is there anyway to modefie the stock manifolds to flow more?
