The blower, ICON controller, pre-fabricated parts, injectors, ATI airhat, T'stat, and better flowing conical filter, plugs, and boost gauge...all included. If purchased seperatly, it runs about the same. But this kit is all put together for you...no guessing and no waiting on the parts.
Powerdyne Kit: $2400
ICON Controller: $400
Injectors: $250
Custom Fab'd Parts: $50 (Labor)
ATI Airhat: $100
Plugs: $7.00
T'Stat: $10.00
Boost Gauge: $50
Bigger Filter: $50

Depending on the existing modifications on your truck, 205-230RWHP is a really close figure. That's almost 300HP at the crank for a V6. :)

The ICON Controller allows you to custom tailor the timing curve to your vehicle. I've worked quite a bit on the timing curve along with Dyno tuning it to a V6 w/9# boost. It works much better than the Boost Retard boxes.
On the airhat, the ATI is a cast airhat that doesn't blow up like the factory ones. Which airhat do you have?

Mike2 - About 4 hours of work. If you buy just the Powerdyne for now, you'll need some sort of boost retard system. This is why the ICON Controller is included in the kit. You can spend up to an extra $300 for a MSD Boost Timing Retard...or...get the ICON included in the kit.
Kris - Yes it will. The only thing you will need is either an ATI Airhat (preferred) or a stock airhat from a '97+ Dakota/Durango to fit the blower tube onto the TB.
Eric - I get 19 on the highway and 13-17 in the city (depending on how heavy my foot is for the week). I'm running about 10# boost with the FMS 24# injectors and a modified 7-rib pulley.
The 6# Powerdyne works well on the V6's just by itself...the 9# pulley from Powerdyne really wakes up the V6's though.

Yup...it will work just fine.
Under boost, the factory air hats have a tendency to leak. What you have to remember also is that the blowers make boost all the time...even if you don't register it on the boost gauge. (That's where the boost bypass system comes into play.) Under normal cruise (at let's say 3000rpm), you'll be showing vacuum in the manifold but the blower is building about 4psi boost in the airhat. If this keeps up, without some sort of boost pressure relief, the factory air hats "blow up"...leak and then seperate at the seams after a while.
I've been running a Paxton Airhat since day-one just because of this...it's a cast piece instead of plastic. The other alternative is the ATI airhat...it looks really sharp, is cast (not plastic), and runs about $100. (The Paxton airhat runs about $200.)

Yes it will. The kit that Marty (KRC) has put together is to save you from having to buy everything seperately...and waiting in some cases for the product.
