Message: heh heh.....
so ive been bugging the wife for a while now, and may have her buttered up into letting me sell my 4.7 for an R/T. (im doing my tim taylor more power grunt as i type) anyway...since the go ahead caught me a tad off guard (never thought it would happen) i just have a cost question. i wouldnt mind finding an 00 or 01 (maybe 99)R/T....how much should i expect to pay for one of these? or put in another way, how much should i pay. i know the model year and options will make a difference...im just looking for a jumping off point (for some reason edmunds.com doesnt list the V8 engines??)

Message: I live in West Virginia and I paid 15,900 for a 99 with 6500 miles on it. Personally I think I got a pretty good deal

Message: I have an '01 R/T brand new w/ 50 miles on it (from test drives) and I got it after trading in my Ranger and had a $2,000 down payment and after taxes and tax, title, license all that BS I got it for about 19,500. You can get it much lower if you find a used one. But w/ a used one never know how hard its been run...ya know a teenager got it and rodded the hell out of it but couldn't keep up w/ the payments. That's why I always try to find the best deal on a new one.
