Message: I had the shop scan tool hooked to my truck so I decided to watch what the IAT adjuster readings were. To my surprize they are not really very close to what the computer interprets.
MY READINGS _____YOURS
7:00= 190------------>7-9:00=180-190
7:30= 186-------------8:00= 156
8:30= 109
9:00= 90
9:30= 70
10:00=61------------- 10:00= 100-110
10:30=52
11:00=47 -------------11:00= 68-70
11:30=41
12:00=37--------------12:00= 50-52
12:30=34
1:00= 30 -------------1:00= 37-40
1:30= 27
2:00= 25 ------------>2:00= 28-30
2:30= 21
3:00= 19 ------------>3:00= 16-20
3:30= 18
4:00= 16 ------------>4:00= 12-14
5:00= 14
The ones with the arrows are the ones that read the same as what the computer sees.
My question is with the reading out on the mid range of the dial so I use your readinds or what the computer actually sees when setting the temp 20 degs lower than air temp?
Second part:
My O2 sensor reads .86v at full throttle in third and forth gear. Is that where it should be Or should I add a little more fuel? My mods are in my signature.

Message: Bernd? Dunner? Anyone tried tuning one of these in N/A form. This one seems a little lean.

Message: I always thought when the truck was in WOT the computer goes to open loop and ignores all the input signals from the sensors

Message: It does ignore the O2 sensor values. I am just trying to use the values to tune full throttle and am wondering what voltage means what fuel mixture. If it even reads that high of a A?F ratio. You can buy O2 sensor monitors like the ARM1 to monitor fuel ratio. I am just trying to do it with a scanner.
