Message: Anybody notice an increase in fuel mileage after installing a shift kit? My 99 3.9 Auto SLT ext'd cab 4x2 shifts pretty mushy and I can't help the feeling that it spends to much time out of lockup.
I'm considering a shift kit for mine, but I don't want anything harsh, just firm positive shifts.
Suggestions?
