Elcamino and San Thomas Expy: Speed Merchant.
National Speed Center is closed and Stupid Shops is gone forever.
If you want any custom engine work, I highly recommend Hans at HJK Racing (by the overpass on Hedding and Bascom). He knows his stuff on building engines...you should see his Mercedes 500SEC Funny Car!
