Its only $35. Its worth a try. I've heard a lot of good things about them. I should be buying one soon.

just so you guys know, but the IAT adjuster box isn't designed for a specific truck. The IAT box is the same for every truck, so if you order one for a 4.7 it's the same box your going to be getting for the 3.9,5.2,5.9. All the box does is add resistance to the IAT sensor to make it read differently, you could actually go down to radio shack and buy a bunch of resistors and splic them in line with the sensor and get the same effect but with the IAT box it's just easier because it's in the cab, saves you the trouble of having to get out everytime and change resistors if you have selected the wrong one. To answer the first guys ?, yes the IAT box is worth it for the 3.9l it works very well and it's almost mind less to install it so why not for $35 dollars, it saves you the hassle of buying a jet chip ( which doesn't work) and then having to pay $50 to them after you return it so that they can restock it. Bernd only sells one box for all the trucks if you are a non believer ask him he'll tell ya so if you see him and he has some then buy one they are all the same.
