 Subject: need advice on mods

I have a 2004 3.7L 2WD 80K miles. I just started
driving a lot more for work and need to improve my
MPG. Right now I'm getting about 18 around town. I'm
thinking better spark plugs first? Which kind is
best? What else? Thanks for your advice!

if you are getting 18 in town you are already above average and I would leave it alone before you make it worse.
Best case scenario is remove any uneccesary objects from your truck to reduce the weight you haul, put in a good set of spark plugs and drive gingerly.
