 Subject: 1989 2.5L Stalls

My 1989 2.5L, 2WD, often stalls at idle, or while driving and always in the first 20 minutes. I usually have to wait from 5 to 15 minutes before it will restart.
Any pointer from those who have experienced, and resolved, the same would be appreciated.

First step is to pull fault codes:

Not all problems will trip codes, and the codes are not always indicative of the actual failed component, but it's a good diagnostic start.
How long since the last full tuneup? How old is the battery?
