Message: I have a 97 2wd and was thinking of getting a transgo shift kit for my 44re tranny cause I'm tired of lazy shifts and I was wondering if there was anyone who has a 44re with a shift kit and what they think about it. Also, I have done shift kit installs before but I was wondering how hard it would be to do as compared to a th350 in a chevy.

Message: sounds like a pretty good deal considering summit sells them for a bit over $100, my tans has 170,000 and change on it so it's pretty high up there too.
