A whistling noise recently developed, like a low whistle. It gets louder as you accelerate. Also, by just revving the engine, the sound doesn't come up. Could it be an exhaust leak? But if that was the case, wouldn't it whistle just by revving in park/neutral? Help please!

Message: Get it moving so the whistle is there real good. Put it in nutral. If the noise is still there it's air currant causing it somewhere on the truck. If it goes away then it is engine/exhaust . this at least gives you a starting point' Good luck.
So many problems .... So little time
