Message: If your going from a 3.9 you wont really need a whole new harness.... you just need to add two more injector wires to the PCM plug and pull the other two off of the common wire ...

Message: So if i use the V8 computer and my wiring harness it will work as long as i add the two wires? Since the Computer will look for the readings from a V8.

Message: first off i did a swap in my 1990 dak 4x4, from a 1990 3.9 to a 1998 5.2, the best buy i think is the factory service manual i ordered from dodge and if you plan on doing your own repairs, or swaps.. the factory manual is priceless, hanes and chilton just dont cut it
when you look at the wiring for the injectors you will notice that a total of 9 wires will run all the injectors, all eight injectors use a common ground. then the controller runs the injectors through the eight outputs to each of the injectors
get the factory service manual and you can compare everything and note all the differences you will have to deal with when you do the swap
