These are loud. However, I love loud exhausts, but these just sound like crap.

Message: I have a SpinTech "Sportsman RV" (I think it was # 5334) on a 2001 Dakota with 4.7L / 5 speed. Stayed with 2.5" in and out and re-used the stock tailpipe to provide some backpressure and not affect low RPM torque. I used an offset inlet / offset outlet muffler. It mounted perfect in-place of the stock muffler. It's pretty quiet at idle but provides a deep, mellow sound when accelerating. It doesn't "rumble" like my 70 Pontiac GTO Judge but it's a nice sound.
Exhaust sound preferences vary from person to person but I'm happy with the SpinTech... but then again I'm also 44 years old!

Message: I'm trying to decide on which muffler to buy.
Do you know of any sound samples for the spintech muffler?
How loud is it in the cab at cruise speed ?
Did you notice and power or mpg improvements ?
I'm looking to replace my stock muffler, and retain the stock tailpipe.
Also, where did you get the spintech muffler, and about how much did it cost?
Thanks.
