I am selling my omni magnum set I paid 379.00 for it with wires I am useing the wires now .I olny used it for a couple months till I installed under drive pullys the low voltage at idle worried me so it has been unhooked since then I am asking 150.00 plus shipping can send pics if needed.

PAUL. Have you tried contacting JACOBS and if so do you have there tech number. I have 2 of these unites in my shop. Both went tits up in less then 2 years. I have been trying to contact them for over a year with no luck what so ever. This includes letters, email and phone. I'm hoping you got a new number but I doubt it. Jacobs is in Texas and I got a number out of a magazine a few months ago > I got a connection but they said they was new owners and they didn't cover nothing not bought from them. This included my 85 dollar plug wires suposedly guarenteed for life (2sets) both gone bad. Hope you got some good news I can use. My investment totals over 800 bucks with shipping. I'm pretty fed up at this point.

Jacobs is now owned by Mr. Gasket. If you go on their web site you will find a tech number. Have patience when you call, but they are very helpful. I had a problem with an ignition trigger for a Pro-Street system that I have in my '02 R/T and they sent me a new one n/c after having it for 4 years. Very happy with their service.

The Jacobs will work on any engine, except the newest with coil on plug.
The OEM coil wire is routed to the Jacobs adapter, from the Jacobs coil to the Distributer.
You must use el-cheap-o copper plugs for best results. It works by sensing resistance across the plug as it fires and adjusting it's power and number of sparks.
Paul,
hook it up properly and you'll see an improvement. If not; guys...it's a steal.
