Message: Decide how far you are going with your mods and then have your tb bored accordingly. You can't go much over 52mm with the stock tb. If mods warrant a larger tb you will have to go with an aftermarket one.

Message: Well, your best option is to continue not messing with it.
Alternatively, that butterfly (throttle) plate blocks the flow of air, so you could drill it full of holes or just remove it completely.
