Well finnaly did the intake. I made a mongo 4" black PVC with a flange to reduce it right at the TB. I cannot believe how much this thing perked up and the noise when you lay into the throttle. It's actually as loud up front under the hood as the cat is in the back when you step into it. The 4" piping was very tight and almost touches the hood but fit's none the less. It does however cover the fill oil fill cap and will have to be removed for oil changes but it's just one hose clamp. The diameter and size of the elbows made it impossible to avoid this. I just have to join in the small connection for the ventilator and will probably fiberglass sand and paint later on. I am just using some temporary fabric to cover the 4" end untill a large diameter K&N is shiped in.

I don't know about that but it almost sucked my girlfriends dads hand down the pipe. I think he has a new respect for North American iron now. Everything he buys including cars is German.

Larry being a Jeffster isn't always a good thing. I am a lot of fun to hang with make lots of friends but carry some serious battle scars inside me. My truck sometimes is nothing more than a release and sometimes it feels like it's all I have.
It's a damn fine truck however and won't lie to or deceive me and that I like. it's a lot like me I think.
