 Subject: Where to get IAT ADJUSTER

I cant find them anywhere. I guess "SPEEDTWEAKS" use to sell them but are no longer in business. I know you can relocate them, or throw in a risister, but I'm lookin for an adjuster. does anyone know where I can get one new or used?
Also if any one knows how to make one and has maybe some pics or how-to info, It would be appreciated.

Why do you want one? The primary reason you can find them is because they only cost a couple of bucks to make. Other than that they don't produce significant results except the WOT and you can acheive pretty much the same thing by moving the sensor from the manifold to the air intake tube. That takes about 15 minutes and costs about a buck.
I'm doing a little testing in this picture but it can be just this simple. Remove the sensor, tape to the cruise cable or something similar and plug the hole. In this case I have a temperature probe pluging the hole.

I hear people on here talking about adjusting them too much and getting alot of carbon build up. see that is showing that the engine is running too rich and dumping to much fuel. Maybe if I can even things out to burn the extra fuel I can get more power. More fuel, more spark, more power. Theres not much out for the 4.7s and I'm just experimenting.

The iat mod won't cause the engine to run too rich in normal driving. No one has been able to show that the mod has any affect except at WOT or open loop. It is possible that it will run too rich when the engine is cold.

I just moved mine to the intake tube and left it there.
The schematics are on dodgetrucks.org. You will need to search for them in the magnum engines forum.

During some of my 'superchips' Dyno runs, I ran
one with my adjuster switched on.
Dyno runs are WOT.
I dentical graph as the 87octane mode. ON or off,
no change.
