Well.... im the proud new owner of a 2003 CC R/T. I have a few questions. Which plugs are the best spark plugs.. autolite 3923 still? What about the TPS adjustment? I have my FIPK and my M1 intake ready to go on ..... will it kill my torque?

Forseti, just remember to "balance" the airflow with mods i.e. what goes in/ goes out. Air intake and induction should be matched with exhaust improvements like Y-pipe/high-flow cat. converter/muffler/ and/or larger pipe or duals. I've had good results with Bosch Platinum +4's on 5.2 and 4.7's, but I'll defer on the 5.9 here. You've got a collector's item in the R/T, give it plenty of TLC...

What do you mean by "collector's item"? And trust me .... it will get all the care I can give it... I just need to learn a bit more since parts have changed between the 99 and 03. Hell .... I didnt even know I had rear disk till I looked tonight ..
I forgot to say that I have duals. And it looks like I have 3 cats under there... one behind each manafold and one after the "y-pipe"

"collector's" because '03 was the last year of the R/T and I think they made them a little different (300hp vs. 250)

That is a modified truck. I dont recall dodge actualy selling these of the lots but one could have sliped out somewhere.
