i have a mopar part number for rocker arms that they say will fit the 5.9 360 and they say the studs that they sent in the kit is 3/8 so does this fit or not. the part number is #P5007404

That is the correct part number for the 1.7 ratio rockers. Bolt on and go, once you adjust them. You will need to modify the baffles in your stock valve covers unless you have the Mopar aluminum ones.

It fits. The part of the stud going into the head remains 5/16". The part of the stud for the rocker pedestal is 3/8".
