I would recommend the Kumho Ecsta STX's. My father has them on his dakota, and it is night and day getting out of his and into mine. The truck just sticks to the road. They are very quiet. They are pretty good on wet roads or in rain, but because they are so wide and the truck is relatively light, it gets a little washy over large puddles.

And I know this isn't what you want to here, but he also has a set of snow tires for the winter. The 2 wheel drive in central NY winters needs better grip on snow. Plus a good set of snow tires last 3-5 seasons, and saves life on your good tires.

Look in 255/50/17, there are a lot of options in that tire size. Since you're looking for all-season, I would recommend the BF Goodrich KDWS, as others have had OK results in snow and awsome in rain.

Just put Kumho Ecsta's on my r/t. 255/55r17. Great tires, and price. These things hookup almost as good as the Nitto drag radials I had on it befor. Just my 2 pennies.

DAKDOG - do you mean the 711's?? I haev those and don't like using them in winter, but they are good for summer.

I will have to look into the Yokohama's
