hey yall i was lookin for suggestions as far as hp gains on my truck its an 02 auto quad 4x4 4.7l 3.55 gears and i do alot of offroading. so far i got the superchips programmer, fastman tb, and volant cai. i hear alot about some iat relocating and clutch fan removal and other mods and was hoping for some explanations or suggestions thanks alot

Since you have reprogrammed the computer, don't bother with the IAT relocation.
Getting rid of the stock fan will free up some power and is usually worthwhile. But spend the big bux and get a quality set up.
Since you do a lot of offroading, those 3.55 gears have got to go. At least 3.92, but also consider 4.10.

HO cams, 2 1/2" into 3" Magnaflow Y-pipe with 3" cat. converter into Flowmaster 70 duals, Bosch 4418 platinum plugs, homebrew air intake, Amsoil synthetic rearend fluid and Mobil1 5w30 are my favorite mods. If you do HO cams, keep your stock '02 intake manifold for better low-end torque than a HO/'03-up manifold.

Switching to an electric fan can free up several ponies
under the hood, not to mention the water pump will have
less strain on the bearings when you rip out the clutch
fan.
