are you saying you have never asked anyone a question in your life? if you dont want to help anyone why do you come here? (i know you dont need advice scence you own your own shop and all)i dont mind looking up something that i dont know anything about, but if i cant find an answer right away, or dont really know where to look for an answer why should'nt i ask someone that knows?
do you get mad at your customers when they ask for your advice?
i can get more information out of someone who has had an experience with a part, than i could just reading about it in some performance catalogue.
Im not mad, im just amazed at how stupid you are

Easy there Big Jim! Who the hell's Benard?! If you're referring to Bernd, you're not in touch with the Dakota Performance Scene!! He obviously doesn't mind answering questions and I bet nobody's holding a gun to his head forcing him to sit at his keyboard and post advice. He's one of the first guys who got online with what worked for him(appearantly he's tried most everything) and now he's marketing his knowledge and experience through his own online Dakota speed emporium SpeedTweeks. 'Course if you spent any time reading posts and replys here you'd know all this. Hell, you might even KNOW HIS NAME. I promise you're NOT speaking for him and since he's far too polite to respond to your ignorance, allow me: Jimbo, go on back to your books (maybe more reading will improve your writing) and leave the folks who REALLY DO HAVE LIVES get on with them!

L.D.

p.s.
your local bookstore has exactly SQUAT for information on late model mopar performance upgrades, but of course you already knew that...right...so what're you doin' here anyway?

I honestly don't mind answering questions at all. Sometimes they may seem redundant but everyone is learning on these trucks...even me.

Jim, speak for yourself next time please...while I do have my frustrations with some questions, you need to step back and remember that we were all in their place at one time.

There are some FAQ's on the SpeedTweaks website if you do have any questions and if you don't see it there, just send me an email or post it to the DodgeDakotas webboard.

Ill tell you what Bernd... You have helped me so much on my truck its amazing... I think its great that you spend so much time helping those of us who are not quite as knowledgeable or experienced as others in this forum. Hell... you don't even know us yet still answer our questions with a smile. I believe that you are TRULY APPRECIATED in this forum!

Just thought I'd let you know

For me personally, Bernd has been a wealth of knowledge and he's greatly appreciated by me. I have learned more about my truck reading his comments/advice/suggestions than I could have anywhere else. He's part of the reason why I am so excited about my truck, along with the rest of the good folks here at dodgedakota.com.

In all the questions I have seen addressed to him (or not, for that matter), Bernd has always been very patient and informative with his responses, which tells me that he loves what he is doing here on this website, and I think that is great.

It is great to have a place where ideas can be exchanged and there are legitimate numbers to back these ideas up. There is a lot of misinformation on the web and it is nice to know that most, if not all of the information on this site has a factual base. In my case, no one has a clue about late model mopars around here. I can't imagine the money I would have spent on useless items if Bernd hadn't shared his knowledge with us. Keep up the good work.
