i have heard that the r/t cams suck. go for a crane cam or a custom grind cam.
thats what i have heard and im not 100% sure

Besides that the guy's full of crap about the list $510 price! The first place I found it on line had it for $379! Check out http://www.hughesengines.com before you buy any cam! Even if you don't buy theirs, you'll be a more educated shopper as far as mopar cams are concerned. here's the link to the same MP# as the set on ebay...I also read somewhere here that the performance of these was so poor that MP quit making them. http://www.mopartsracing.com/parts/ram.html

p.s.
You shouldn't need new lifters with a new roller cam the way you would with a non roller.
