I spent exactly U$1,494.82 including a dual 3 inch exhaust system, ī(I didnīt bought the exhaust system), I told to the exhaust shop what I wanted and they made it for me (itīs cheaper...)So...Iīm still ahead of you....If someone teach me how to put pics here i would love to show you my baby....
4 cylinder weight and gas mileage + v8 power = faster than any stock v8 fellow....

3inch dual exhaust? On a 4cyl, you would be waisting power, and all of your scavaging needed for your tubo to run good? What are you talking about? I'm starting to wonder if you have had anything actually done to you truck.
Any way, I am going to have some fiting made for me by a welding shop near me, to get to turbo hooked up to my exhaust.

Rat man you don't know what your talking about how is a 3" exhaust on a turbo 4cyl. wasting power? You want the least amount of restiction on a turbo engine exhaust as you can get. It will run cooler, last longer, spool up quicker, and make more hp. You can have all the scavaging exhaust crap you want it will not pull the gases through the turbo and the scavaging efect of exhaust pulses it lost throught the turbo.

Rat....MartinS had already answerred your question for me....and by the way... I already emailed to you the pics from my turbo a couple weeks ago and you said It was great,donīt you remember??....I missed only the exhaust pics , but I think it is not a problem, iīll take some pics for you , let me wash my baby first...you can put my pics here...In my project I changed again my turbine...I installed now a Master Power turbine.

Hey dakfour what transmition do you have behind that turbo four would it be an AX15 like in my '94 with chrysler 2.5? I was just woundering becouse I finaly read the oringinal posts on this post and you said you were making 250hp or somthing and i wondered how the trans held up.

I never did get any pictures. I was talking about the pictures of you in your plane a long time ago. I would still like to see the new pictures if you would send them. The last email I got from you was talking about valve covers. And I was talking about "3 inch dual exhaust" from a 4cyl.?.
If your telling the truth, wich you very well might be, then just send the pics. I am curious about your setup.
Not trying to rip on anyone so please dont take it that way, I would just like to hear full truths, but it doesnt seem to sound like a complete story to me.

MartinS,Iīm using the AX-15. I didnīt change anything and runs well. My mods were in the exhaust ( I changed all my exhaust including the header that was made in a exhaust shop), and the shocks. iīll do some upgrade in my brake system later.

Cool than I don't have to worry about the AX15 trans in my '94 grenading if I build that 300hp 2.5 turbo I engine sence I also have a lighter pickup but I think I will upgrade the rear end from the 7 1/4. Does any one if the '97 and later 8 1/4 rear ends will fit in '94? They beefed the 8 1/4 up after '97 that is why I am wondering.

Maybe your trying to send too many pics at the same time, and your overloading the limit. Try sending just 2-3 at a time. I am really interested in seeing your install. I recieved your other e-mails so I think that would be the only problem.
My progrees recently include haveing the guy at the machine shop finish my fittings for my echaust. So now I need to order some High temp silicon hosing, some hump fittings to alow movement for the metal piping, and some transition fittings to go from a different size turbo, from my TB. Then I will tap into my oil pressure sending unit, and a return line to my oil pan. I am almost there. Just have to get another paycheck, and wait for the parts to come.

I got the pics. They look good, as do your black dak. I'm still having a little trouble finding a place that will doe the tubing for cheap. I have already talked to my exuast shop, but not sure how easy it will be. What did you do for yours? How many pounds of boost are you running, and did you have to upgrade you injectors? Did you have to come up with mounting points for your tubo or did you just let it hang from your exhaust manifold?
Thanks for getting the pics to me.
And a really big thanks if you can get me an answer to my numerous Q's...

I have a '97 Wrangler with a 2.5 that needs more power. I have a K&N FIPK kit designed for the 4.0L, 62mm throttle body, pacesetter header, flex-a-lite cooling fan, Jet Stage II chip, flowmaster muffler, high-flow cat, Accel coil and 8mm plugwires, Bosch 4 plugs...just to name a few upgrades. I've been thinking about a turbo or supercharger, but am unfamiliar with what all is needed for the install. Does anyone know of a website that lays out all the components needed for a successful install? Thanks.

Oh I see. It looked black with your lighting, but it's just a dark blue. Still looks nice though. I like my Intense blue best though. Makes it easy to find it in the parking lot up here, with all of the boring colors in Payson. I'll try to post your pics from Hotmail.
