 Subject: I hate the rain!

Today it rained for the first time in about 2 months and after weeks of 100F weather. I have to say I hate the rain! Its hard enough to get somone to race me, so it was a slap in the face when an early 90's S-10(boxy body style they had before the current ones) pulled up next to me on the rain slicked roads at an empty intersection and started to lurch forward like you do when you feather the gas and hold the brake. I knew what would happen if I nailed it so when the light turned green he jumped out there but I waited to get rolling before I laid on the gas. I caught up to him quickly and before I knew it we were going 65-70mph in the rain. My freind who was with me let me know in no uncertain way to slow down and at the next light, I look in my rear view to see a dropped GenIII Dakota with one of those"moveover" decals across the top of the windshield. The light goes green and I couldnt help it and gave it too much gas and only spun them in place. I know it was very stupid and I think I will wait for drier streets.

If it is really raining hard or the road is wet and your only going to drag put it into 4wd and floor it. You will kill him but make sure you switch out of 4wd right after.
