I'm going to be getting my bonus in a couple weeks and I want to get a couple upgrades for my 5.9L. I already have K&N FIPK, 52mm Fastman TB, Flowmaster 50-Series cat-back, 180-degree thermostat. A supercharger is out of the question.(too much $) Things like M-1 intake, headers, Mopar PCM, 1.7 Rockers, etc.

Thanks!

oh yeah, look into the headers before you buy them. i got a set of pph headers which are really nice, and after i bought these last april, i found out about gsmotorsports and i wish i would have seen them earlier. like i said, it pays to look first. duh! on my part! check into other ones too for your application and performance needs. but definatelly check out gsmotorsports headers

Thanks for the info, but the gsmotorsport headers say they're for RT heads. I don't have an RT. :( What brand is good?

Mopar PCM is going to give you the most bang for the buck, however, it WILL cause you to run 93 octane. Providing you can keep your foot out of it (yeah, right! hehehe), might even see better MPG.

Honestly, I didn't see much gain from the 1.7 rockers. The M-1 Intake and Positive performance Headers gave me maybe .2 in the 1/4, but, I haven't been able to duplicate those numbers again in the 2 times I've been back to the track *shrug*. The Mopar PCM should give you a minimum .2 gain in the 1/4, probably closer to .4. But, the best deal might be to get a custom flash from krcperformance.com, it's a little bit better than the Mopar PCM, but you will have to send your stock PCM to them.

I would do them in this order:
PCM
M-1 Intake
Headers
Rockers

To be honest though, don't expect more than .5 second gain total between all 4 of those. I have all but the Mopar PCM (running a hypertech PCM),and my gain has only been in the .4-.5 second range with the hypertech, CAI, 50mm TB on my 5.2.

the gsmotorsport headers can be used on both stock 5.9 and r/t heads as well

Mopar PCM still if you are willing to run premium all of the time. If not then I'd go for the M1 intake. If highways aren't in the picture very often I'd consider a 4.56 gear swap.
