I have a Durango with a 5.2 and I want to buy the Dynomax ultra-flow, but what size pipe should I go with. I dont want it to sound to loud though. Thank for your help. One more thing if any one could tell me the part #.

Are you looking at catbacks? We can't give you a part number without knowing what you want to buy, but a 3" pipe would be what you're looking for in most cases, unless you're going dual.

I'm also looking for a loud muffler. I've got an 02 QC 4.7 and I wanna make her sound as good as possible. Believe I had a dynomax on my old 3.9 with a 3" pipe and she sounded great even for a v6. I just don't want to buy something that'll make me sound like a freaking ricer. Just want a deep roaring truck. Any suggestions? I don't think I'm able to make posts but my questions are relevant to to the thread starters questions. Please email me with some advice, thank you

I would have said stick with Flowmaster since it does give a good loud sound, but you could always do a straight-pipe with turndowns, that's always a choice to get it loud cheaply though. Even though you're losing the street legalness in the truck, go to someone and get a sticker slapped on it anyway. There's got to be someone in town that would do it for you.

If you go to the dynomax website, they have a table listing all of the applications and part numbers that you need. Find your truck, engine, ect. and it will list the part numbers your looking for thats what i did when I bought mine.

I've got a Dynomax muffler with 3" pipe on my 01 4.7, sounds awesome...loud if you step on it, otherwise perfect with no drone. Sorry, no part number on the muffler. Hope that helps.
