Message: I was wondering if anyone new roughly how much it would cost for the average mechanic's shop to put in a new camshaft for me? 98 5.2L Thanks in advance

Message: actually its the 4.7 that has the over head cam shafts. The 5.2 has the single push rod style

Message: oops that's for my 4.7. some say it's easier but there are two of them. 5.1 hrs or something like that. (rated by the book anyway)
