Message: I currently have a 3.55 LSD. I want to change to 4.10. What do I need to make this conversion and where can I get it? I know I sound like a complete newb, but that's because I am. :)
Thanks!

that is really all you need , otherwise you
would need complete rear axle assy....

Message: 3.9 is a factory option, will help and might be cheaper and easier to find, if you don't find what you want easily.

Message: All you need to do is swap the ring and pinion gear. Cost for parts is usually around $200 or so, and they are available from a lot of places.
If you have never done this kind of work before, I suggest you hire it out. It's a somewhat complicated job, and requires some special tools. If you're off by just a tad, you'll be doing it again very soon. A local shop will probably do it for you for around $100.
You might want to spring for new bearings while you're at it. Dodge carrier bearings have a nasty habit of failing early.
