Message: First, we'll assume the job was done correctly and all the obvious stuff (wires, vacume lines, sensors,etc) were re-installed correctly and double checked.
The cam timing is off. Either incorrectly manufactured or the wrong part. Place a dial indicator on a rocker arm, and bolt a degree wheel to the crank snout and check the cam specs.
Do you still have the old parts? If so, you can compare when you take it apart again.

should end with code 55
What codes do you get ??
What was happening Before gears and chain change ??

Message: I got up this morning and checked it again and found that I didnt hook up the throttle position senser. duh. thanks for the help anywho.
