First, we'll assume the job was done correctly and all the obvious stuff (wires, vacume lines, sensors,etc) were re-installed correctly and double checked.

The cam timing is off. Either incorrectly manufactured or the wrong part. Place a dial indicator on a rocker arm, and bolt a degree wheel to the crank snout and check the cam specs.

Do you still have the old parts? If so, you can compare when you take it apart again.

3 flashes pause 2 flashes = code 32
should end with code 55

What codes do you get ??
What was happening Before gears and chain change ??

I got up this morning and checked it again and found that I didnt hook up the throttle position senser. duh. thanks for the help anywho.
