i see in the mopar catalog that they sell .020 pistons for the 5.9 but the rings are n/a. the costs on the pistons is cheap too, only 35 bucks ea. (my cost at the dodge dealer that i work). Any ideas where to get rings for these pistons, or anybody that makes overbore piston and ring sets at a resonable price???

Mancini Racing has them under "A" engine, piston rings, Sealed Power.

You can choose from multiple oversizes including .020 over.

I'm not too sure about the NEWER Magnum 5.9's, but the earlier Dodge 360's shared the same set as the Chevy 350 and the Ford 302/351 Windsors. All 4 inch and I think the EXACT same set used on each!
Oversizes may be the same.
