Message: I don't really know the location that well. The times that i went, i followed soemone who knew where. There's a weekend (in november) scheduled for wheeling near california university if anyone's interested. This is south of pittsburgh about 25 miles south on 79. I'm going so whoever's interested in hitting that trail, let me know. It's nasty....and maybe NASTIER than the one in NK. Just getting into the trail is the hardest part because you have to climb a 3 foot wall to enter :)

i'm just outside Lancaster. i'm pissed that they won't let us ride our sleds anymore on the trails. seems that some rotten apples spoiled it for us and threw beer bottles everywhere last year.
any ideas?

Message: If you're looking for some fun easy stuff, then Pitcairn and Wall, PA (between Monroeville and McKeesport) offer some fun. There's a field off rt 48 by the storage and Sheetz. Lots of ruts and mud and some trails into the brush. We got a Wrangler under the bridge (it's tight) and were playing behind Haymaker shopping center and the driving range.
If you cross over the bridge going south on rt 48 turn right and then a sharp right (don't go into the railroad restricted area. Look for an overgrown path to the left. It will take you down to the tracks and you can run along those for miles. There are some short trails off of the path by the tracks. My '03 Dakota does great along there.
