I'd really like to see pictures of your drive line and the front Differential.
Have you taken it off-road yet?
And where do you keep disapering to?

it is almost done i will try to get my sisters camera to take some pictures. It is still makes some noises on turns but they think that it is the way that the steering was done. so when it goes back out there in june he is going to try a different way. I haven't taken it off roading yet except for a couple of dirt roads in Big Bear, i was up in the mountains all weekend. But didn't get a chance to go off road.

Truckin-Suspension missed something again.. :-\ I swear they didn't look at anything when they were making this kit.

Truckin won't talk to me anymore.. I'm trying to help a fellow Dak owner before they screw up there truck.
Trust me.. if all they did to your drive linkage was lower the Differential and didn't even touch the transfer case.. It's going to break. I'm working on a way around it.. But I don't want you to break yours in the mean time.

Knobby,
Your truck must have a different shaft than my 98 because I'm pretty sure mine has u-joints, not CV's. Anyway, the TC 5.5" lift didn't change anything like that, it just drops the front diff. Maybe you can get a better driveshaft.
Another thing to look at is if your diff is pointing towards the T-case. If they dropped it straight down then it is pulling on your shaft even more. It should be angled to be inline with your t-case.

GRR!! They've been yankin my chain for a while now.. pisses me off :-\
We'll see if the off-road shop can convert it to a Double U-Joint for me.. If not it's going to a drive line place and we'll see what they can do. I just hope I have enough $$ to keep covering all these "bumps". :-\
